enormous

Eden (vocals/bass/songwriting) formed alt-rock band enormous with husband Nate (guitar) and Joshua Dalsimer (drums) in San Fransisco and signed a multi-million dollar record deal with A&M Records. They released their first full-length album, Greetings, in 1995 — the same year Eden and Nate’s first son, Julius, was born. The band released a second album, Busman’s Holiday, the following year and toured extensively across North America with baby Julius. Their third full-length album, Pieces, is unreleased as yet.

“Subterranean,” the fourth track off Greetings, was featured in the film City of Joel (2018). “Capsized,” the second track off the same album, was featured in the award-winning documentary film Dancer (2016).

Greetings (1995)

Busman’s Holiday (1996)

Before enormous, Eden played bass and sang backup vocals in Legal Reins. The band released one full-length album, Please the Pleasure, with Arista Records in 1988.

After disbanding enormous in 1998 to settle down in Baltimore and raise their growing family, Eden and Nate have continued to play music together. In Cairo, Egypt, they formed the band The Fuuls with fellow expat Jeff Harding — which later morphed into Two Fuuls and Jules, when Jeff left Cairo and son Julius joined the band. They played at events around Egypt and toured in Jordan and Palestine. Eden is still writing new music today.
